Precast Systems utilise specialist suppliers for Shop Drawings, Pretension Designs and Engineering constructability.

 

We literally take your concept, or designs, and initially ascertain if improvements & efficiencies can be gained, we then rework to a specific precast technical drawing to allow for exact precasting.

 

Precast Systems team are expert at not only manufacturing the precast solution, but also in mould design and fabrication, which we produce for bespoke solutions from Formply. Steel mould construction is by our specialist 3rd party fabrication engineering suppliers.

 

Unlike many other precast suppliers, Precast Systems experienced team perform steel reinforcing tying inhouse, saving time and cost, while improving on quality.

 

 

Certified Solutions

Precast Systems utilise certified inputs in all projects we undertake, this includes not only certified designs, but also certified steel reinforcing, concrete and lifting hardware.

 

We have available for our clients (on request) all certifications and testing profiles to ensure effective, safe and incredibly robust constructability.

 

Once the precast solution is complete, we supply our clients with all quality control documentation, certified lift plans and PS3 (Producer Statements).
